Various Remedial Works

This large remedial project consists of various defects from concrete spalling, cracks and failed footing system. Over the course of several stages, our team completed and currently undergoing relevant repairs by:

• Demolishing and rebuilding of common area staircase
• Internal and external underpinning
• Demolishing the existing western wall and rebuilding with new glass blocks and dincel wall system.
• Repairs to several windows resulting in water ingress.
• Fire-rated plasterboard upgrades
• Various Render repairs
• Renovations to several units with structural alterations in accordance with the engineer’s specifications
• Crack repairs
• Hydrant Works
