Façade Upgrade To Multi-Storey Commercial Property.

This property has been diagnosed with inflammable ACP cladding by the consulting engineers. This project consist of:

• Temporarily erecting Type B hoardings to safely access the facades over common footpaths in accordance with the Parramatta Council guidelines. 
• Accessing the facades via a swinging stage and scissor lifts.
• Removal of existing ACP cladding throughout the external facades of the property.
• Supply and install of new aluminium cladding panels in accordance with the Australian Standards. 
• Treating and replacing corroded steel framing elements.
• External Painting
